Users of Shasha Limousine’s website and services are bound by the company’s rules and regulations, as well as all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Visitors to the company’s website and users of its services must follow the rules and regulations outlined below.
All clients must present the chauffeur with the actual physical credit card provided at the time of booking or payment, along with a valid government ID. Clients can also authorize a third party, activate a personal or corporate account with all necessary documents, or authorize payment through the website.
Fifteen minutes of grace time is provided for pick-ups before waiting time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle, billed in fifteen-minute increments.
Shasha Limousine provides up to 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals and up to 45 minutes for international arrivals requiring customs clearance. If the client does not meet the chauffeur or call within the given time frame, they will be charged in full for the reservation.
Hourly orders are billed according to the number of hours the client ordered the vehicle for and in fifteen-minute increments thereafter. Reductions in the amount of time ordered are not permitted once an order is confirmed.
A 25% deposit of the total initial price is required to hold the vehicle, charged to the credit card of the party paying for the reservation. Deposits are only refundable if the client cancels within the given time frame. The balance in full is due if the client fails to cancel by the given time frame or is considered a no-show.
A change fee of $25 may apply if the client makes a change for less than 4 hours. All changes must be received by phone and are subject to availability. Changes cannot be made with chauffeurs or online. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the client will be charged in full for the order.
Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If the client cancels within the given time frame, the balance is waived. If the client fails to cancel by the given time frame, they will be charged in full for the order.
All rates are subject to audit after order completion to include actual road tolls, parking fees, airport fees, additional stops, wait time, etc. Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours the client ordered the vehicle for and in fifteen-minute increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours the company will accept an order for, not what the client will be billed for. All rates are billed, including applicable fees and taxes and a 20% gratuity. If the client wishes to provide additional gratuity, it is at their sole discretion. If the client chooses to provide an additional cash gratuity, it is in addition to the 20% already paid.
